JPL Astrophysics Luncheon Seminar Series
Monday 12:00-1:00
Room 169-336 Back to the Seminar Schedule
Location
There are signs for JPL at the Oak Grove Dr/Berkshire Pl exit on the 210.
After the exit, there is one left turn at a traffic light (at a
T-intersection) that then leads you to the main gate.

Parking
A guard will stop your car just before the main gate; tell them
that you are a visitor and they'll let you through.
There is a visitor parking lot to the left of the main
gate. If you have trouble finding a space, the guards may be
able to help (there is an annex lot that
they can let you into).
Badging
When you arrive at the main gate, the visitor
center is on the right.
Your name will be on their list of expected visitors.
To get your visitor badge, you will need to bring some identification
- a driver's licence or a passport.
Once you get your badge, someone will be called down to escort you in.
Lunch
Most of the audience will eat during the talk.
Those who do not will generally join the speaker for lunch on lab.
Foreign Nationals
Bring your passport and visa.
Also, the information on them is needed in order to approve your visit.
Before visiting, please let us know your birthdate,
country, passport number & expiration date, and visa type
& expiration date.
Etc.
Parking and badging are usually pretty quick, but it couldn't hurt to
arrive a bit early (11:30) just in case.
